A. Terrance (Terry) Dickens is the Managing Member of Dickens Properties, LLC. Terry has over 45 years experience in the commercial real estate field. He has overseen operations and developed self storage for the past 20+ years. He was President and CEO of Bixby Land Company (BLC) for about nine and one-half years. BLC, under Terry’s leadership, built these two self storage facilities. Upon leaving BLC, Terry purchased these two properties that BLC had developed. Terry continues to serve on the Board of Directors of BLC and chairs the Board’s Investment Committee. Prior to his service at BLC, Terry was Vice President at Pacific Theatres Realty Corp. for nine years. While there, he had oversight of Pacific’s self storage business. Other experience came from his responsibilities at Downey Savings where he was Senior Vice President responsible for commercial development and joint ventures.
