Free In Person Evalaution

Jennifer will visit the property to assess the contents and understand what's needed. I'll take pictures & gather information needed to evaluate the volume, estimated time, and cost. While there, I'll also get a rough assessment of items to set aside family and resale.
Identify & Sort

For personal items, important documents, valuables & items that have resale value, I'll connect you with a trusted professional to sort and safely set them aside, along with anything else you direct. This process is handled separately and is never left to a removal company.
After Items Are Sorted

Once everything is sorted, next steps are put on hold until you've had an opportunity to look through everything and remove items you wish to keep. Afterward, Jennifer will come back to see what's left & discuss your wishes and options for the rest.
Evaluating What's Left

At this point, if you would like an assessment of value for what's left of the sorted items, Jennifer will connect you with someone who provide clear, honest insight to help you understand value and connect you with buyers, resellers and auction outlets.

Final Cleanout
At this stage, everything of value & importance has been set aside. Jennifer will connect you with the right people to handle donating, recycling, and hauling away of the remaining items set aside for removal, leaving the home as you wish.

Jennifer can connect you with trusted professionals to prepare the home for what comes next. This may include cleaning services, repairs, staging, or a real estate agent—so the property is ready for sale, occupancy, or whatever your plans may be.
